First Lady Mama Salma Kikwete holds one year old Farai Kasago whose Tanzanian parents live and work in Los Angeles, when she met and talked with Tanzanians during an informal gathering in Los Angeles last night. Mama Kikwete was in the US to attend a two day summit of African First Ladies on Maternal health.
